Bo webi report taking too long to refresh and display data

When i open the webi report it starts refreshing by default. This might be because of the setting we already have. But it gets stuck with the refresh prompt open for hours. I waited for 3 hours and i could not see data on the report. The prompt stays on the screen and the refresh load does not end. Can anyone please help me with this problem?

This is happening only with the clients. On our side everything is working fine.We have also tried running the BO queries in SQL, checked the explain plans and everything looks good.

The uncanny way to deal with this problem was to cancel the refresh prompt, open the report in design mode. In design mode it displays the data immediately and then switch to reading.

Any kind of help is very much appreciated. I will have to reach out to my clients as soon as possible.
