Hi,
Following s/w are already installed:
- BOE XI3.1
- BO Mobile XI 3.1
- BlackBerry® Email and MDS Services Simulator Package v4.1.2 (Bundle 17)
- BlackBerry® Device Simulators v5.0.0.337 (8530)
The Blackberry 9800 simulator is connecting with the MDS. I am able to open the ". http://localhost:8080/MobileOTA/" url successfully.
Getting the following error while starting VAS :
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/vaultus/auth/AuthRun
Cannot start server
Thanks,
Feroz
Your issue seems to be with the Mobi install / configuration itself.
VAS doesnt start, so the mobi app on the device will not be able to authenticate to BOE.
You may try the following to resolve your issue -
a. revisit the configuration files as suggested in install guide to ensure you got the BOE server and the Mobile/MDS (simulator) server and port correct - where appropriate
b. uninstalling and reinstalling XI3.1 Mobile and reconfigure mobile server / ports

Thanks for replying.
I hardcoded the VT_HOME path. Now the error has changed to following:
Error occurs while starting the VAS:
C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Mobile 12\server\VAS\bin>call BOBJPath.bat
ZoneInfo: wrong magic number: Asia/Calcutta
