Blank screen after saving document in R/3 through ITS.

Hi Experts,

We are working on Interaction Center Webclient of CRM.

We are creating an order in R/3 using trasaction launcher.

BOR Object Type:YTSTC(Copy of TSTC).

Transaction :VA01.

After saving the order ,we are getting a blank screen with a warning message in status bar.

The warning message con invalid arguments.

Hello Adi,

That sounds more like an application issue than an ITS/Webgui specific issue. Does the issue also occur when doing the same with VA01 on the SAPgui for Windows? If so you should look into the configuration of the application (VA01) instead.

Thanks for your response.

It is working fine from GUI.Even it is working well from ITS link also.

The issue is comming only we use transaction launcher with repository objects.

Please advice.
