Blank Approval form showing in the SAP Build My inbox

Hi Team,

I had created an approval process using SAP Build Process Automation. Everything was fins untill I ran the project using the Monitor console. I am able to see the Workflow approval request in the My inbox app of SAP Build but form is not displayed. Did anyone faced any such issue? All the forms are blank here.

I already have Role Collection assigned to my ID : ProcessAutomationParticipant

My network tab is showing a GET query with 409 Conflict

Hello Aman,

Forms are not loaded only when there is a mismatch in form-field type and the data. Please check your mapping and ensure that you have done the right mapping, and the data for any field is not null. You can also open Developer Console and check the exact error as to why the form context is not loading.
