BI Support Tool runs very slow.

I have the latest version of HostAgent and BI Support tool. And have many issues with it. The first being that it runs so slow it's not worth running. The second being I can't validate the settings as it says I need to upgrade HostAgent.

Can anyone get this to run correctly? My laptop meets all the sizing requirements.

We are running BI Support Tool version 2.1.14 with SAP Host Agent 7.21sp51 and don't have any issues.

I see BI Support Tool version 2.1.15 is out but I just saw that so haven't looked at it yet.

At the bottom of the page, SAP BI Platform Support Tool  is a link for reporting bugs.  The support team for this tool are pretty good at getting back to you.

Yea its so slow clicking on anything takes hours for the request to come back, if it comes back at all.

We are running BI Support Tool version 2.1.15 with SAP Host Agent 7.22sp65 Maybe I should roll back. I did end up creating a case with SAP. I'll see what they say.
