Dear Gurus,

Getting errors when i executed Bi Diagnostic and support desktop tool please guide me to resolve this issue

RED

RFC to ABAP was done via entering connection properties manually. Enter connection properties in Portal Systemlandscape for the property category 'Connector' (Systemlandscape/SAP_BW)

Port '8000' of ITS Hostname (hostname.com:8000) is not identical with HTTP Port '8100' of WebAS ABAP system. HTTP Port of Message Server (profile parameter ms/http_port) is retrieved from ABAP system. Port '8000' is properly HTTP Port of Application Server. It is recommended to use HTTP Port of Message Server. Check ITS Hostname of BI Mastersystem (Systemlandscape/SAP_BW)

Mohammed,

1. Check the properties for the system object that you have created. Test the connections.

2. Logon to the transaction code : SMICM and check the host name and ensure you maintain the same in the system parameters.

Thanks for ur quick response in

smicm http is 8000 < hostname>.com and in properties for the system objec and test connection is successful

ITS Description

ITS Host Name : < hostname>.com :8000

ITS Path :/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui

ITS Protocol - http

Web AS Description

Web AS Host Name :< hostname>.com :8000

Web AS Path :/sap/bw/BEx

Web AS Protocol :http

Mohammed,

Check for the profile parameter ms/http_port being set in TCODE : RZ10.

Also, verify that all the values for the system are in sync with this wiki.

Hi Mohammed

Please verify ITS and WAS information with below steps:-

> WAS Information

Transaction Code - SMICM will show WAS information.

You can verify WAS infromation in SAP System : Go to SE37 >> Test/Execute Function module RSBB_URL_PREFIX_GET

> ITS Information

You can verify ITS infromation in backend system : Go to SE37 >> Utilities >> Settings >> Select "Internet Transaction Server" >

Look for ITS server name/port and path

It looks like there is some issue with port for WAS and ITS.
