BI -Accelerator -Indexes

Gurus,

How many indexes to be created for BI Accelerator.

Also what are the scenarios to create the Bi Accelerator indexes.

Hi

We can create only <b>ONE</b> BI accelerator index for each InfoCube. This BI accelerator index contains all the data from the InfoCube.

Scenarios -

<b>Scenario- 1</b>

New Cube load

1)Create BIA index including activation

2)FILL BIA index

3)BIA index maintenance complete

<b>Scenario- 2</b>

If filled BIA index already exists -DELETE BIA index and recreate it and then Fill it

<b>Scenario - 3</b>

IF BIA index is created and not filled

DELETE or FILL the BIA index
