Hello,
Since I have restarted the SIA service, I have an issue in the web base web intelligence I received the above error.
When I try to refresh one of my reports through the web base (BI Launch Pad...) it does not work
The following database error occurred: ORA-12557: TNS:protocol adapter not loadable
. For information about this error, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2054721 on the SAP Support Portal. (IES 10901) (Error: INF )
But on the server and desktop: I can TNSPING / SQLPLUS the database, the rich client works as expected?
I have restarted the server without success. I have controlled the path to the Oracle Client (despite that it work with the rich client...)
Any idea?

Is the issues happening with only one report or with multiple reports as well? If it is only one report, check the connection details of the report.
