BEx Web Reports

Hey gurus, I need your help!

First question:

In BEx Web reports, is there a limit of rows you can have? Excel is restricted to 65,000 rows. What happens when you export a BEx Web report with more than 65,000 rows to Excel?

Second question:

Is it possible to have all rows displayed on one screen – i.e. get rid of the scrolling arrows which you use to get to the next set of rows?

Thanks a lot for your replies!

Sabine

Hi Sabine,

There is no limit for the number of rows in a web report.

In the Table web item properties, there is a property called BLOCK_SIZE. You can modify this to see the number of rows displayed at once.

Hope this helps...

You get a message that remarks that the maximum numbers of rows is reached, so the resultset is incomplete. The remaining rows are not displayed, but the ones above the 65K limit can be seen.

Hope this helps...
