Hi,
I am performing a RRI Jump from a Sender Query (Q1) to a Receiver Query (Q2). The receiver query has more free characteristics (with Variables) than the sender.
On Login to the Bex system if you jump from Q1 -> Q2 the characteristic values are mapped correctly, however if you use the additional variables in the sender query(Q2) for additional querying these values are held in Memory.
If you close Q2 query and then perform a jump again from Q1->Q2 the additional variable values remain therefore the mappings have additional critera to query on.
I have tried in various ways to configure the Query jumo in RSBBS to eliminate the value but to no avail.
I think the real question would be how do you remove the previous value of an entered variable in Bex (by default) when you run the query ?
Andrew
I have solved the issue.
There is a option on the variable called "Can be changed in query navigation". This option should be checked. This then requires the value to be refreshed everytime you query.

Have you tried deleting the assignment details for this particular infoobject. You can do this from RSBBS -> Assignment details.
Thanks.
