Hello Friends,
I have question on finance reporting requirement.
I have one selection in structure say ABC.
This selection has one KF which has both negative and positive values.
I want to make new formula to include this selection and make it explicitly positive each time.
Can anyone help me with syntax of this formula.
Thanks,
John.
Hello Friends,
I have one KF which gives positive and negative values.
What should be the formula to have positive as negative and negative as positive.
I have tried reverse sign, but that is only for the display purpose.
Because when I am using this formula elsewhere it is taking the sign of the KF and not the reverse sign.
Please Help.
Thanks,
John.

In the formula you can use absolute value which will return positive all the time.
thanks.

Hi John,
You can use the function ABS for the new formula.
Hope this helps...
