Best Extractors for "Open Order Reporting" at Header and Line Level

Hello Gurus,

I have a general question for you. For an Implementation in Sales and Distribution, we have to do some "Open Order Reporting".

Kindly advise, what are my options for choosing the BEST extractors ( from Application area 11, 12, 13) to track the "Open Order reporting".

Gabeesh. I am also facing similar problem on Backorders. Can you tell me the solution you finally implemented for Open Orders?

need to report on this at line item too... i need to know the VALUE and QUANTITY of the open element of open orders.

Anyone have any hints?

I am trying 2lis_11_v_ssl at the moment.

Hello BI project,

No I am still working on it and Problem is NOT solved. I took this project from the middle. Initial definition of Open Order was to report by tracking "Goods Movement Status" anything other then C as an Open Order. We were using 2LIS_11_VASCl and 2LIS_12_VCITM at that time. This process failed to track the "Partial Open Order"

It was soon realized that this definition is inadequate. Delivery Status in combination with Goods Movement Status should be accurately define an Open Order. I realized that if we install 0SD_C03 and supporting 7 exractors (Order: 2LIS_11_VAHDR, VAITM, V_ITM , Delivery : 2LIS_12_VCHDR, 2LIS_VCITM and Billing 2LIS_13_VDHDR, 2LIS_13_VDITM) - it will capture an Open Order more accurately. Also the design will integrate easily with future SCM Analytics more easily. I am still working on it and trying to install the Business Content.

I would like to get feedback and wisdom of someone who had done the same in past. I also want to get a feel, if it needed any additional customization of extractors etc.. If you could share any detail on this forum, it will be a help. You can also share the same on my e-mail: gabeesh@yahoo.com.

Have you tried it? as we also did the somehwo same scenario earlier.

Hello BI project,

Your First post hints only Header Data. My requirements also involves looking at Line/Item Level. For Example, an Order may be completed in multiple deliveries and shipping. It will be considered Open till all its Item level are fully completed.

So I will have to use Item level extractor. What are exact extractors you used? Also is it 0SD_C13 or 0SD_C03 which met your needs.

ALso how long does your business content installation for Infocube ran?

try to check infocube 0SD_C13 it will surely solve your problem.

and about DS look at 2LIS_11_VAHDR and 2LIS_11_VASTH.

there is infoobject 0DLV_STSOI for VBUK-GBSTAK field in R/3, hope now u can get open orders easily.
