batch upload data from excel file to custom CDS table

Hello， We use SAP S/4HANA PUBLIC CLOUD 2408. We create a custom CDS table to store some address information. We hope that users can input these information in excel file, then upload these data to the CDS table. Could anyboay can give some advises? Thanks very much. Best Regards, John Huang

This requires the use of the BTP platform. Is there a simpler way, such as publishing CDS as an external writable API and calling it from Excel?

you can do the same in your s4 hana cloud public system, no need for btp abap system.

you just have to define the table, the rest are all auto generated.
