Batch creation

Hi experts,

I've to create batch for the articles in SAP FMS. The articles have some invalid character in the article code. As the no of entries are high i'm using LSMW for that but due to that invalid character LSMW is not working. So now i've to go with MSC1N for batch creation which will consume too much of time. Kindly give any alternatives to create the batches in one shot.

HI ,

As you have a lot of invalid characters in your Article Master, you probably need to create a custom program which has the logic to ignore invalid characters (Keep all possible invalid characters in TVARV,So that you can add new ones in future if you identify them) to process batches.
