Based on Fiscal Week/Year I need to separate week and year in webi

Hi Folks,

I have requirement is below mention.

Fisical Week/YearFiscal Month/YearModified Date
19/2011Jan/ 201210/12/2011

Now, I want to Separate Week and year in First column and Month and Year in the second column.

I tried couple of ways and still not clear.

Kindly post me your helpful answers and thanks in advance.

Hi Ram Kumar,

As per your requirement , use Substr() function.

Substr([Fiscial Week/Year];0;2) for week

Substr([Fiscial Week/Year];4;8) for year .... applying for all

Hope it will work.

I have one more request to look into new report requirement in my table.

I want to find Count of Approved Items for Particular product based on Offer ID.

Ex: I have 10 Offer ID(Application ID)-> 10 Product Got Sold(Visa/Master/Gold Etc)-> Based on this there is status which is approved. If approved then what are the total application got approved based on particular product.

                Just use this formula ."=Count([Status count];All) Where ([Status count]="Approve")"

datediff(dd,[modified date];[Creation Date]) for days ,
