Backup and disaster recovery

Hi,

I have backed up and restored CMS and Filestore from our production to test environment.

But when I create or recreate node in CCM , it is successfully creating but when I use BI launch pad it is giving CMS not found.

I think some thing is wrong with Node creation. Please let me know what are the right steps that need to be followed to fix this.

Are you using the same server name when you do the restore or is it different?

I am using the production server name for the Node? Is that right?

We are restoring from production to test?
