Backoffice - Configurations not resetting

Hi Friends,

We are facing an issue in one of our test environment where custom backoffice configurations are not getting reset completely. For example, we added a new tab in order details and cart details. It is coming in order details but not in cart. Same code and config files are deployed in our local and other test environments and it works fine. When I see and compare the config xml in orchestrator mode then it has around 100 lines less then other environments.

I also performed system update after selecting our custom backoffice extension as well but that didn't help.

We are using hybris version 6.5.0.11

Any suggestion is much appreciated.

Have you tried doing a hybris update with all the nodes of backoffice selected?

We did another deployment and it got resolved automatically. Looks like some file was corrupted.
