I want to know how to backup my customer developments package which contains lots of table definitions, main programs, includes, screens, data elements, domains, etc. How can I take regular backup and restore my developments. Is there any such package & deployment procedure available. Please reply.
Hi,
perhaps you find the tool "Direct Download" from Dalestech useful. You can download your development local to your workstation or central in our filesystem of the applicationserver.
You can download the tool from http://www.dalestech.com/

If you want to keep all those data for you own future use then there is no standard way to copy all data.
The only way is to take screen shots or copy one by one.
The othe way to copy the transport request. Ask Basis guy to do that..

Hi,
If the Objects are tied to a Tr request.. you can release them & import from the buffer..
