automation not getting executed despite unattended mode of bot and environment assignment to bot

Hi All,

I have a business process that calls automation and an agent in unattended mode with project and bot both deployed in public environment. Despite having all checks in place, the automation continues to stay in 'started' mode and overall process in 'RUNNING' mode. 

May I know what is missing to make the automation work ?

Hi Shweta,

please make sure the agent has been added to the environment. The agent should be in unattended mode and connected and should also show up in the agent management section in the control tower. If you haven't done so, please also try to remove the attribute and try without it to verify if the attribute has been properly defined.
