Hi Ratna,

First of all identify the object which needs to be authorization relevant. Make that object as authorization relevant under Business Explorer in the info object change mode. Then create an authorization object in RSSM based on the authorization relevant object. Now go to PFCG and create a role, and select the authorization object which you created in RSSM. Save and generate the profile for the role. Now click on the User and give the user to whom the authorizations have to be given, and click on user comparision.

Go to the query and create a variable in processing type as authorizationas if required.

Go to RSSM, check for the inforprovider for the authorizations.
