My Issue - I have used different user (Corporate/Cient's S user) id in intenret explorer for SAP Sites like Launchpad,.. My IRPA user id is different that is based on my personal mail id. Because of this I have got this issue.
As per Ravishankar, I have logged into IRPA Home page with user id in Internet Explorer and restarted IRPA Agent, solved my issue

Hello Siva,
Which URL did you used in the Desktop Agent?
You need to use:
https://krish469.app.irpa-trial.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/
It will first try to login using the authenticate portal and after successful authentication you won't be asked again to re-enter your credentials.
Also check if you have successfully registered the agent on the IRPA portal.

Anirban

I have follwed SAP documentation and maintained https://krish469.app.irpa-trial.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/ as tentant. Only then it could lead to authenatication as per screen shots mentioned in my question.

Hello siva.pabbaraju,
You can try the following,
1. Go to: https://krish469.app.irpa-trial.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/
2. Click on Agents Tab
3. Click on Agent groups Tab
4. Add a new Agent Group > "AgentGroup" of type "Machine"
5. Navigate inside of the agent group and click on "Add"
6. Add your Machine ID here. (You can get your Machine ID from the About Section of your Desktop Agent)
7. Close the window and retry tenant registration process after a couple of minutes, if required try more than once.
If the problem still persists please post a comment with your "Agent" and "Agent Groups" tabs screenshot.
vsharm12 hope this is helpful for you as well.
Regards.

Hi All,
I m still not able to solve this problem. When I tried with new system where I haven't installed any software realted to IRPA(Desktp Agent and Studio) it worked.
But while I am trying with my current system where I have tried multiple times with installing and reinstalling, restarting every time after installing. I am getting the pop-up for regsitration but without fields enabled and without being stopped for registration the page disappers and I get above mentioned error message in dekstop agent.
I have make sure, javacript is enabled, pop-up blocker is off and even added *hana.ondemand.com in the trusted sites. I have added <!-- saved from url=(0016)http://localhost -->
I have even tried with Cmoomand prompt. Even it behaves similar manner. Authentication pae doesn't show fields for registration. and automatically closes.
Please help. I have being trying from several days.
Hi siva.pabbaraju,
Please post the mentioned screenshots so that we all can assess the situation.
1. Cloud Foundry > Sub Account > Security > Trust Configuration > sap.default > Show Role Assignments for your user
2. iRPA Application Page > Agents
3. iRPA Application Page > Agents > Agent Groups
Hi vsharm12,
Thanks for the screenshots, I have noticed that while your other teammates are using version 1.08.36 yours is 1.09.41. Having different versions of agents in a single group can cause problem. Please remove your machine from the AgentGroup "DEV" and create a new agent group only for Machines with version 1.09.41; restart your Desktop Agent and retry to activate your tenant. Please let me know if the "Login" pop-up is appearing or not.
Hi - from the first screenshot itself, it is evident that there are no agents registered in your account. If nothing is registered, then it will certainly give this error. Please maintain your login/machine ID as the agent using agent group concept and then do all the necessary CF setup so that you can execute a certain project from desktop agent.
Thanks
SR
