Hi,

i have a dimension which is supplier which has vendor and ultimate Vendor info objects.

and when i check the contents of the cube under this dimension i see 3 info objects vendor, ultimate Vendor and also global vendor.

i assumed this cud be attribute of either vendor and ultimate Vendor, and checked the attributes but i dont find this object.

similarly when i check the other dimensions in the cube cintents i find many more objects being displayed.

can someone explains what these extra objects and and what they r realted to.

thanks

There are two reasons to have extra infoobjects in dimensions, one is to have compoundings in som objects...other is to have navigational attributes in some infoobjects and then in the infocube

yes i checked and there is only one which is source system.

and i also checked the attributes of the info obejct and the global vendor doesnt belong to either of these objects.

well arent we suppose to get just the objects that are in the dimension.

but i see many more objects in the dimensions of the cube contents.
