Attached Button is not Displaying in MSS Portal

Hello Experts,

A employee is sending his/her leave requests along with the attached document to the respective manager through Create Leave Request ,but when the manager opens his/her MSS portal only the leave is displaying not the attachment. The manager can't find any thing like Attachments

in his/her portal.

I am attaching the screen shot for your reference.

Kindly help me out.

Thanks for your reply. I have followed all the documents along with the SAP Note. But my problem still persists.
