Can you provide further details on the usecase? I guess you mean SAP BTP with "SAP Cloud" or? Do you want to host the .NET application on BTP?

Is the .NET application using .NET Core? Then it is possible with the Cloud Foundry buildpack: .NET Core https://github.com/cloudfoundry/dotnet-core-buildpack

My  application is .Net MVC framework , not core 
it's running locally on windows
