assistance needed in building SAP HANA Cloud and CAP to Build Full-Stack Applications Using VSCode

hello everyone ,
 i am tring to build a fullstak application in my own VS code and  i am following this video -

and following this guide >
https://github.com/SAP-samples/cap-hana-exercises-codejam/blob/main/prerequisites.md
 and  in the begining while setup envierment in vs code 

and unavle to install @sap/cds in my cds code.
so i am unable to create a project using  tamplate Wizard and getting this messege.

And  also  not able to use CDS commands in terminal.
 everyone please guide me how to do this perfectly.

See the installation instructions here if you are developing locally: Jumpstart & Grow as You Go | capire

Install the @Pr_Si/cds module globally (-g switch). 

After installing be sure to restart your terminal as well.
