Hello,
Do you know if SAP ASE 16 SP<XX> PL<XX> certified on Linux RHEL 7.3 ? SAP PAM is very poor as well as help.sap.com -> Installation guide regarding OS releases.

This KBA explains the implicit certification of X.Y releases:
1941500 - Certification information for Linux and other Operating Systems - SAP ASE
If the PAM states RH 7 is supported, this means all 7.x releases (unless otherwise specified in the Note from the Installation Guide,
2489781 as mentioned above).
So 7, 7.1, 7.2 & 7.3 are certified.

Bartosz is correct. The Note states that you need at least RHEL 6.5 to run 16.0 SP02 and above. The patch requirements are :
