Article master implementation in SAP MDG 2020 and co -existence with other industry solutions

Hi Experts,

I have a question on implementing article master data in MDG 2020. With the Sap notes 2616967 , the coexistence of MDG RFM with other industry solutions has been discussed. But I did not get full understanding of it and wanted to know whether can we implement article master( ISR Retail Business function) in the same instance where master data such as BP, Finance is already maintained . So can anyone let me know if we activate ISR-Retail in the same instance would it have impact on any other solutions like BP, Finance? can these all master data work parallelly?

The below is mentioned in the sap notes 2616967 which are not supported
