The "SQL Anywhere Readmes" website lists the following current versions:
These are all newer than the currently available downloads for Windows. May we expect fresh EBFs in the next days?
(I'm aware that the readmes are platform-indendent but AFAIK the Windows platform is usually the one with the newest EBFs...)
Aside: I still would be glad if there would be a EBF notification service - checking for new downloads in the SAP Support Portal is still an exercise in following hyperlinks...
12.0.1.4390 is released for Windows. It may not appear at the end of the available list of SPs but you can sort it by "Last Changed" to locate it.
We are working on releasing SPs for v16 and v17 for Windows. I do not expect those to be released in the next few days however.
DBISQL does allow for notification of new SPs. Go to Help | Check for Updates.

DBISQL does allow for notification of new SPs
Hm, in the past these notifications have not been too reliable in my humble experience - sometimes the Update Checker only notified me several days after the EBF had been released, or informed about newer doc set although there weren't. But at the moment, DBISQL v12 does tell about 12.0.1.4390 - whereas I did not notice within the downloads list that there indeed is a newer entry - but not at the end of the list as I had expected... So thanks for the pointer:)
FWIW, SQL Anywhere 17.0 SP0 PL8 Build 2053 has been released for Windows and Linux now.
BTW: It seems to (re-)introduce a new (or old) numbering scheme - so 17.0.0.1359 is followed by 17.0.4.nnnn?

Where do you get the latest SA17 Developer edition? Volker's post above refers to 17.0.4.2053, but the link at http://scn.sap.com/community/sql-anywhere only gets me 17.0.0.1358. Is there another location I should be checking?
Volker likely applied the EBF to an existing Developer Edition. EBFs are behind the paywall. The Developer Edition setup (not EBF) may (or may not) be refreshed at some point in the future. Welcome to SAP... do you have an s-userid?

Yes, I did according to that question given I have also paid versions (that have been EBF'ed as well)...

@Ilia63: Thanks for the update!
@Chris: And once again, the DBISQL Update Checker does not inform me about this new EBF although it has been released a week ago, it tells me 12.0.1.4390 is still the most current version:
SQL Anywhere-Updateservice Es gibt keine Updates zu SQL Anywhere Server 12 Datenbankserver 12.0.1.4390 für Windows x86. So sadly, that's no reliable "EBF Update" information channel, as mentioned before....
FWIW, v16.0.0.2270 EBF (SP 54) for Windows has been released in the meantime (2016-04-19), as well...
(And I am really glad I have been able to find it in the everchanging SAP Support Portal "spacetime"...)
