anyone used sa11 with ms visual studio 2013 pro or the community edition?

From a cross-compatibility perspective, Visual Studio 2013 integration was only added recently (this summer) to SQL Anywhere version 12.0.1 and 16.

I will defer to others' experiences with usage.

Nick is referring to .NET of course. Other than that, I don't know of any other interoperability issues.

I do know of one issue with VS 2012/2013 however that is related to a change in behavior of the C run-time setlocale function in multi-threaded applications (formerly thread safe, now no longer so without a "special" MS run-time call).
