We are facing this error in sm59 "Direct connect to testacig.ariba.com:443 failed: NIECONN_REFUSED(-10)" when we are trying to ping.
We have installed the load balancer certificates in SSL client anonymous and given puser password in rfc. still this error is popping.
How to fix or troubleshoot this error?
