Analysis Add-in issue

Hi Experts,

I don't know someone has faced this issue earlier or not.

We are using AO 1.4 SP13. Now I am getting below error when I open AO client tool. Reports are also not be able to open from BIP.

I have tried to re-install AO several times and also tried to enable and disable analysis add-in, but it doesn't work.

Request you to help on resolving this issue.

Hi Venkata,

Thanks for the answer, but our issue is resolved now. We have repaired Office 365, and it's working fine now.

The note which you suggested, that issue also we were facing last week. Then we raised an OSS in very high priority and SAP has given AO 1.4 SP13's hot fix which is available in service market place from today.

Hi Tammy,

Thanks for the notes. But still issue is there. I have opened an OSS message for this.

Log suggests .net exception and addin failure errors.
