ALERT-TO-MAIL Alert is not sent to SAP PO

Hi All,

We have facing an issue related to ALERT-TO-MAIL and AlertConsumerJob emails in our quality system(AS ABAP System).The scenario works as follows: If an error occurs on the AS ABAP system, an alert should be triggered and the alert should also be in monitoring. The consumer job must then send emails. We use SAP PO 7.5. We have configured the alert consumer job and the alert mail consumer job is running. As of this week it is no longer possible to receive notifications in SAP PO. The AS ABAP system sends alert in SAP PO but the message does not arrive and email is not sent. However, if we clear a cache or make it full cache, we receive a notification in SAP PO and the email is also sent. Another thing with , is that log of an alert consumer job  indicates number 0 and completed.

 We also restarted the system and stopped the service but the error still persists. Do you have any idea how we could solve the problem? Here  are the logs of the error message.

Since the error is indicating a null object while trying to get the system name I would suspect a problem in the SLD somewhere.
