Alert inbox not displaying in Solution Manager 7.2

Dear Experts,

this may look like a stupid question, but I am not in a good situation right now. I am unable to display the
Alert Inbox from sm_workcenter:

This is in Firefox 66.0.5. I had tested this several weeks ago and it worked fine. Not anymore 😞
This is how it looks in IE:

There is no Chrome and the Firefox version is old, I know. However this is a Customers RDC system and I will
not install any other browser or software there. The system is not available from other computers.

I know, this looks pretty much like the following SAP note:

However, it doesnt help. I have tried to turn off the popup blocker, I am getting a clean login window and after
logging in the screen looks like the above screen shot for hours 😕

Please kindly advise if this really cant be fixed without changing the browser, especially bearing in mind that
it used to work just a few weeks ago.

hello, did you checked your basic configuration? are there all services activated? check out sap note 2541780 - Troubleshooting steps for blank screen in Monitoring UI's - SAP Solution Manager 7.2 br

Hello customer,

First step, please try to clear the Browser Cache since I'm afraid older data is cached by the browser.

For your reference, look up KBA 2264167 - To clear browser cache and cookies in Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox.

Then please also check if there is any errors in browser developer tool (F12) and follow the steps in KBA 2541780 - Troubleshooting steps for blank screen in Monitoring UI's - SAP Solution Manager 7.2.

But again too old Firefox and IE are not recommended.
