If I activate substitution in SBWP before I leave for vacation, how can I check how many and which workitem?

I think you can try to read the SAP standard table SWWUSERWI where

Select * from SWWUSERWI INTO TABLE lt_userwi WHERE user_id = <SY_UNAME> AND forward eq 'X'.

I hope this will return you all the workitems which are forwarded from original user to forwarded users.

Hi Lupin,

All the workitems that would come when you re on vacation would flow to the substitute's mailbox.

Is your question to fidn out which all workitems went to substitute's mailbox while you were on vacation?

Hi,

The user sees his own work items in the SBWP. So, if he is leaving for vacation, he can check which work items he has currently in his inbox, and then set the substitution on.

Or what do you mean by your question? Do you want to check the work items programatically?
