Hi Experts,

We are experiencing a weird issue in the SAP Portal. After providing the credentials and redirecting to the SAP Portal blank screen is showing with logo in Internet Explorer where as in Google Chrome and Mozila it is working fine. All themes, desktop and framework is loading successfully.

Portal Version : 7.50.3.15

We are using load balancer URL and team have check and confirm they getting hit from firewall.

Can anyone help me on that.

I am attaching screen shot also.

Check with your load balancer team that "Session Stickiness" or session persistency is enabled. The value of the saplb_* cookie that the Java engine sets should never be changed.

These issues are commonly due to load balancing issues, and the request to NavigationServlet goes to wrong app server or node

Best regards,

Nick

Hi Nick,

Thanks for your reply. If it is redirect to wrong app server it should show a blank screen in other browser too like in Google Chrome / Mozila. But in other browser portal loading successfully without any error.

I am also checking your suggestion which you have provided.

Thanks and Regards,

Amit Basak

Hi Amit.

1. Have you clear the IE history and then try to access the same portal page? you can try in IE Edge.

2. Is this any proxy setting on IE? if it is yes then remove the proxy settings and then try.

Hello SS,

Thanks for your reply. Yes we have cleared browser cache. No proxy is using to access this portal. This portal is accessible over the intranet and portal is opening in Chrome and Firefox. But not able to understand why it is not loading in IE.

Thanks and Regards,
