shared memory will be deleted if u reeboot the system or increased the shared memory parameter.I hope it helps u

Hello

I guess the securestore .properties is missing from OS level and hence config tool is not ale to find secstore.conf

If my guess is correct :

Please try to get it restore by any means ,file backup restore or take help from OS people

In worst case ......

Below things can be tried but I never had this situation myself

1. get the securestore.properties from a system with same version and database version

This file should not be encrypted

2. take a backup of secstore.key file and delete it . Now please the properties file

3. use config tool to change properties and to encrypt it

Be careful while doing this and hope it may help though I never had this bad situation

Dear

Is this a Dual stack system or a single Java stack system.

Give a try ..

go to profile directory.

and run the command

sappfpar check pf=instance profile.

is it gives the error for a paramter for shared memory .

update that paramter in instance profile and try to start the system.
