Adding excel as second DB for Crystal Report

Hi,

I have to create a new Crystal report, but our DB doesn't have all values for that report. But client has confirmed that they can provide missing column values in excel. Can we use excel as second data provider. Please let me know how.

What version of Crystal are you using? What type of Excel file is it - .xls or .xlsx?

Hi Dell,

It is CR 2016 SP6 Patch 7.

Excel format should be .xlsx
