You cannot create an attribute to a key figure. Only characteristics can have attributes.

Attributes can be added to Master data Characteristic and not to key figure infoobject.

Why do you need attribute of a key figure?

It is better if you do it other way round in case possible ..in your logic..

make Keyfigure as attribute of Charateristics..

Hi Sugeeth,

It is possiability to add a key figure as a attribute of any char. but problem is here if you want use that keyfigure in reporting level you have to create formual variable other wise you cannot use that keyfigure directly in reporting level.

Can you be a bit more clear? what is the scenario you are thinking of? we can attributes only to characteristics we cannot do for Key figure. Unless you using a characteristic which is turned into Key figure using Formula in the Query designer.
