Adapt filter Button is in disabled mode in List report template

Hi experts,

The Adapt filter button in the List report template application is in disabled mode. How to I enable it to make use of it. It is working fine in trail account but is in disabled mode in licensed one. Is there something we need to configure for it ?

Hi amrit403,

Have you checked the requests in developer mode? Any errors shown in console log?

There shouldn't be any differences between trial and productive accounts with this regards. Most probable cause is that there is an error in the odata call.
