Hi Experts,

I have a case where for PR in ME52N and ME53N, the Generic Objects Services are disabled. The 'Relationships' button is greyed out.

Could anyone please let me know how to activate this ? Can this be achieved by using the class 'CL_GOS_MANAGER'. If Yes, any suggestions on how to do it ?

Help Greatly appreciated. Best Regards.

AFAIK the icon is not greyed if there are no attachment/relationships

  • AFAIK it's only a display, check 1851646 - New GOS icon.
  • Are you writing on inbound or outbound IDOC?
  • You could check your distribution model (BD64) and partner profiles (WE20) for the relevant message type

Hi Raymond,

1. I had a look at the notes, that perfectly describes my issue. Do I need to proceed with the Note Implementation to solve this greyed out issue ?

2. I am currently triggering an Idoc whenever a PR is Created or Changed and there is also one Inbound Idoc configured for this PR to change the Status.

3. I checked the distribution model and here is a screenshot of the PR Create and I have no idea what to do with this .

Thanks and Regards.
