Account Change Problem in Workflow

Hi All, i have created new client in GRC development system. i have configured all workflow but now i am getting error while submitting for new role. NWBC > Access Request creation > change account > add new role > submit then i am getting error : An error occured during processing. can anyone say which workflow configuration is still pending. thanks in advance. Thanks for your replay. Log file also same error. Can you pleade say how many configuration is required to complete for simple workflow. I have created a simple workflow . Bu6 I dont know which workflow needs to active.
