Hello Leela,

Me too facing with the same problem, i have assigned the task as general task ( possible agents) , then given the rule 00000157 in the defualts tab of the standatrd task TS31000007. What binding should i do between the task container and the rule container.

Can u explain me step to step process.

Hi Leela,

I guess the pernr for of the employee should be passed to the rule in order to find the manager in the org. structure. Try testing the rule to see the result.

Are you sure you have the correct task? In a system I can access the task is described as 'release trade contract'.

Hi Leela,

For the task you mention I wouldn't know because as far as I can see it is not for CATS approval. But normally if the CATS entry profile is set up correct and the correct task is used you don't have to do anything.

Take a look at TS 20000460 for some inspiration.

Hi Leela

Are you sure TS3100007 is workflow task for CATS? It is not for CATS in our environment.

Anyway, you have to check the binding between your workflow and your workflow dialog task. Probably there is a missing element or miss the binding itself

HI,

It's for CATS time approval with superior using the rule 157.But I think it's not determining the superior and it is saying that it is unable to determine the agent.

Thank U.

Make sure your agent is in the possible agent list and not in the exclude list as well
