Hi gurus,
I am getting the following error when I am testing the task ts3100007 for cats approval.
Agent determination for step '0000000001' failed
I am using the rule 00000157 for superior determination.
I want to what are binding elements maintained for the workflow and rule container.I want to know and my workflow log is not displaying.So I need some help guys from all of U.

Me too facing with the same problem, i have assigned the task as general task ( possible agents) , then given the rule 00000157 in the defualts tab of the standatrd task TS31000007. What binding should i do between the task container and the rule container.
Can u explain me step to step process.

I guess the pernr for of the employee should be passed to the rule in order to find the manager in the org. structure. Try testing the rule to see the result.
Are you sure you have the correct task? In a system I can access the task is described as 'release trade contract'.

Are you sure TS3100007 is workflow task for CATS? It is not for CATS in our environment.
Anyway, you have to check the binding between your workflow and your workflow dialog task. Probably there is a missing element or miss the binding itself
