Has anyone made the move? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi,

the change from ITS 6.20 32 bit to tje 64 bit version should be very smooth.

But keep in mind, that the memory requirements might increase. This is

due to the larger pointer size. Note 983568 describes which ITS parameter

should be adjusted.

best regards

Ron,

Not sure if by 6.2 you mean EP6 SP2? If so, not quite. We just finished a move of our portal (NW04s 7.0 SP10) from Windows 2003 32bit to Windows 2003 x64 though. We moved 2 different labs, a dev system, a test system, a benchmark system, prod and prod support. All systems except bench and prod are 1 server. Prod and Bench are 30 servers each. We used the System Copy procedure to make the move. It was remarkably smooth for a java migration.

Let me know what specific questions you have.
