500 - Internal Server Error

I have a recently installed PI 7.0 system and I was working on executing the template installers in the Netweaver Administrator. After running a few of them I shut down the SAP system and started it back up and when I attempt to view the page:

http://host:port/rep/start/index.jsp

I recieve an error:

<b>500 Internal Server Error</b>

<i>Exception

An internal error occurred. Contact you XI administrator

Unable to read configuration data (ExchangeProfile/aii.properties)</i>

So I decided to investigate by looking at the Exchange Profile page at:

http://host:port/exchangeprofile

However upon viewing that page I recieve another error as follows:

<b>404 Not Found</b>

<i>The requested resource does not exist.</i>

I've seen the weblog that has all the error codes and good suggestions to debugging them however they didn't seem to solve my issue. Has anyone else encoutered a situation like this before?

Hi

The HTTP code 500 indicates internal error in your application.

Check on to the stacktrace in

<local drive>:\usr\sap\XXX\YYY\j2ee\cluster\server0\log

check note number 804124 at service.sap.com

Hi Harrison -

Maybe you made a typo in the post, but at least the exchange profile URL is:

http://host:port/exchangeProfile (upper case 'P')
