500 Internal server error while getting response and after posting data

Ques: " Production Error: In Context of Data Services an unknown internal server error occurred. For the t.code /IWFND/ERROR_LOG on SAP Gateway hub system and search for entries with the timestamp above for more details on SAP note (17977136).".

This error appearing repeatedly from Middleware on every request for placing an order in VA01 using BAPI. The data is posted successfully, But when getting the response its showing 500 error. We have checked & confirmed that all order is placed successfully, the same data posted in quality system we are getting success response.

Is due to some functional changes in PRD leads to different kinds of error.

I know 500 error leads to many different things & the issue could be because of anything, its difficult to find. But customer is not ready to share the error log details. We have already informed to the customer to send the details to investigate the issue.

Some functionality they have changed/ any TR movement happen for change in functionality which lead to many error. Early it was working, why its appearing now. Recently there was a change in partner function and other changes from customer. like error: "SD_Sales_document_read & Item_read". After analysing issue is resolved. Also, now it shows different kind of error. But logic is working. We assume because of functional changes they done.

We just finding possible solutions for this.
