Hi,

This is regarding issue in Workflow Inbox while approving the request.

Scenario: User logs into the portal and navigate to the following path: My work > SAP Workflow> Workflow inbox. While approving the request items, as shown in his inbox, he is facing the following error:

500 Internal Server Error:

The Webdynpro Application u201CUWLu201D has expired. Restart the application using refresh button or via the following link UWL.

Details: No details available.

Itu2019s to be noted that this error is not happening every time; User is able to approve the request successfully but only sometime.

Kindly assist and lets me know if you need any further more details.

Hi

You can set the expiration time for your web dynpro application through NWDS. Double click the application to get the property window-> select the tab 'Application properties'->Click 'new'->select type 'pre-defined'->browse and select ExpirationTime-> mention time in the value in seconds, say 3600 (1 hr). Hope this helps.
