I have to build a report with 40 columns. The end users will see the report only through InfoView. What is the biggest paper size available in Crystal ? And where do I set it up ?

How do I fit 40 columns in one page in my report ?

Hi Suvas,

The Paper Size for the report really depends on what printer you've set it to use. If the printer can print a 40 column wide report then that's it.

If you do not wish to tie the report to any printer, just go to the Page Setup and check the 'No Printer' option.

Then you can simply increase the horizontal page size to a higher value so that it can accomodate more columns.

Hope this helps!

Hi Suvas,

I hope you're using CR 2008 or higher.

Open the report in the CR designer. Go to File > Page Setup > check the 'No Printer' option > check 'Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Page Size' and put in a higher horizontal value.
