4.6b installation on win 2k Adv Server

Hi all,

I am trying to install 4.6b on Win2k adv server but it gets stuck at 72% and then gives an error and just stop from there...

i am pasting the log here if some one can help me it would be highly apprecited....

this is vijay,i have been installing 4.6b ides and got struck ,the error shows as Databaseinstance_nt_id internalwarmkeycheck. after this ,it is aborting the installation .

i didn't get what u mean by giving LABEL.ASC file... shall i tell u no being given their...R/3 Release 4.6B

already did that and still gives me an error i have 3 diffferent CDs for kernel and still giving same stuff..

any more suggestions..

Hi Vaibhav,

May be you can try locating the LABEL.ASC file on these CD's and see which one is the correct one. If doesn't work, give us the exact label and CD numbers (510876_1) maybe we can help you selecting the one meant for you.

Hi Vaibhav,

It seems like it is having problem locating the kernel CD or your CD is corrupt. It is better to copy all the CD's to hard disk first and specify their location during input phase. I suggest you copy all the CD's to hard drive and then start all over again.

PS: Although it shows 72% but it hasn't done much yet
