HI,

Are you trying to do this in BI7 BEx analyzer or BW3.5 ?. Can you be more specific.

Thx,

Kalyan

To Delete Sheet : Go to your workbook, go to sheet you want to delete and delete the sheet.

To insert Query : Insert a new sheet in excel, In the tool menu of Bex you will have option "Insert Query" so you can insert query.

Do all the above in same workbook and save the workbook.

Hope this helps.

Yes i want to do it in 3.5

How do i go in "DESIGN MODE" in 3.5 ?

How do i examine which query are attached in which worksheet in Design mode in 3.5 ?

Do i have to do it through Bex Analyser 3.5 ?

Because when i open workbook through Bex analyser it is just running queries for all 4 Sheets, then how can i go into EDIT Mode so that i can rearrange queries , data provider etc.

I think you are getting confused between workbooks in BI 7 and 3.5.

BW 3.5 concept of workbooks is a bit different.

No Design mode

No inserting dataprovider.

In BW 3.5 workbooks are created by going to Tools ---> Insert query option.

Insert query is equivalent to design mode (analysis grid + Navigation panes+text elements along with dataprovider).

To do changes you like deleting sheet or inserting rows you can use properties of excel for formatting you have a separate button in analyser bar.

Hope this helps.
