2line items in transformation

In the standard cube, we have transformation for 2lis_13_VDITM and 2lis_11_vaitm.

These 2 datas in the cube are flowing as 2line items. Reference number is common between the above 2 data source. Can somebody throw a light as to why are 2 separate line items in the cube.

Hi

If I got your question properly, If there is any common key between the DS the Data automatically arranged at Cube.

Sales Order Item (2lis_11_vaitm) Sales Billing Document Items (2lis_12_vditem) are fetching the data from difference DB Tables.

Hope you have requirement /reporting out put like Per Sales Order how many Billings takes place and you have different data based on the Sales Document as common key

The common field is ref doc (delivery no). In 2lis_11 refer doc is set as key fields and 2lis_13 the ref doc is set as data fields. and in cube in dimension document classification. Is it because of this the details are displayed in 2 separate line items.

Dont know what u want to do :

But u can aggregate the 2 recrords from different datasources into 1 record , if the records populate same values to all the characteristics in the Cube/ Request Id keeps the records separated, but if u compress ur cube..the records would get compressed to 1 record.

2lis_11 will not populate the same value of 2lis_13_vditm. because 2lis_11 will provide order details and 2lis_13_VDITM for billing details.

Hi,

I don't know anything about the requirement nor anything about the mapping, but at least I guess it is to combine the order items with the related invoice items.So I think there are different keyfigures updated by the sources.
